We twist three strands by hand, rose copper, silver, and gold, over and over until they hold their shape together. It's slow work. Our hands know the tension before our eyes do.
Copper has been worn against the skin for thousands of years, long before anyone thought to ask why. People who start wearing it tend to keep wearing it.

HOW DO I KNOW IF IT'S REAL COPPER? + −
Pure copper isn't magnetic. Most of the copper jewelry sold online is either plated (a thin copper coating over a cheaper metal like steel or brass) or alloyed with enough iron or nickel to make it feel magnetic — that's the quickest way to spot a fake.
The test is simple:
- Grab any fridge magnet
- Hold it against your cuff, ring, or necklace
- If it sticks — even slightly — it isn't pure copper
- If it doesn't stick, you're holding the real thing
Every piece I make is 99.9% pure copper — never plated, never alloyed with cheap metals. Run the test on yours the day it arrives. If it ever fails, I'll refund you immediately.
